Entrance Criteria: Registrations must be submitted 10/1/2010.
Confirmation of acceptance will be provided by our registrar no later than 10/1.

Submission:
Applications should be made by submitting a registration form and roster via the online application.  Applications will not be considered final until payment has been received.  As space is limited, applications should be submitted as soon as possible.

Note:  Most divisions will fill up before the deadline.  Please don't wait until the deadline to register or your division might be full.  
 
There will be a 4 game minimum.

Entry deadline is October 10th, 2009. 
Stop Times: Mite/Squirt/Peewee/Bantam A & B Divisions:  (3) 13 minute stop-time periods.
 Peewee AA/Bantam AA/Midget 16 A/18 A Divisions:  (3) 15 minute stop-time periods. Midget 18 AA/ 16 AAA/16 AA:  (3) 17 minute stop-time periods.
Awards: Championship Teams in each division will receive the Thanksgiving Shootout Tournament Banner.  Each player on the championship and runner-up teams will receive a champion medal. 
Sanctioning: This is a USA Hockey sanctioned tournament.   The sanction number for this tournament is: TBD. USA Hockey rules regarding age classifications will be enforced.  Please see tournament rules for specific rule information.
